As Managing Principal, Noonan will provide strategic leadership to a metro Chicago team of more than 350 brokerage, property management and project management professionals who serve the firm’s investor and occupier clients. Additionally, she will guide the firm’s future growth and recruiting efforts.

“Vicki is one of the most respected real estate executives in Chicago who was the face of Tishman Speyer for decades,” said Shawn Mobley, Cushman & Wakefield President, East Region. “Her experience, leadership and perspective are unsurpassed in our market. I’m excited for our clients, for our professionals, and for our staff as we welcome this outstanding leader to our firm.”
Added Noonan, “The culture of client service and collaboration really attracted me to Cushman & Wakefield and this new role. I am thrilled at the opportunity to build on the momentum already created in this critical market, and to be a part of our industry’s most exciting growth story.”
A Chicago native, Noonan is a member of CREW and the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association.
