Cushman & Wakefield Represents Eleven Hundred, LLC in $53.2M Sale of Gold Coast Retail Asset

CHICAGO, May 31, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield has represented Eleven Hundred, LLC (Principals David Pisor and Jim Lasky) in the $53.2 million sale of a retail property at 1100 N. State St., in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. The Ohio State Teachers Retirement System acquired the fully leased property. CHICAGO, May 16, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Fabyan Randall Plaza, a 91,415 square foot shopping center anchored by Trader Joe’s and Walgreens located at 1980 W. Fabyan Parkway in Batavia, Ill.
