Ms. Lind will be responsible for growing and managing Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business in Chicago, currently consisting of more than 37 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. She will also focus on enhancing the client experience, recruiting top industry professionals, team engagement, cultivating best practices, and executing consistent processes and procedures across the portfolio. Ms. Lind has 16 years of commercial real estate experience, including significant involvement with both asset and property management of Chicago CBD office properties.
She joins Cushman & Wakefield from Transwestern where she was Senior Vice President leading the firm’s Midwest property management group, and was responsible for its 19 million square foot portfolio. Prior to her role at Transwestern, she served as Senior Vice President and Chicago Property Management lead at Cassidy Turley.

Ms. Lind is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), an industry designation earned through the Building Owners & Managers Institute; a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); and Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Additionally, she is a graduate of Missouri State University.
